Hi! My name is Timmo, I’ve been a Personal Trainer in Brighton & Hove for 13 years and I’ve helped hundreds of clients just like you to reach their goals and build a more healthy routine. It’s my commitment to your physical AND mental health. By starting PT sessions with me, you’ll get get effective, efficient workouts paired with nutritional guidance to help you reach your health, wellbeing & longevity goals.
I’m a friendly and welcoming personal trainer, open to any and all types of clients. I look to build a strong bond and relationship with my clients in order to understand the drivers and challenges you face on a day to day basis.
If there’s something you don’t want to do then we won’t make you do it! Working out and exercise should be enjoyable, not something you dread. So with that in mind, we look to find the perfect balance between what you find enjoyable and what we know is effective.
Don’t like burpees? No worries, we won’t do burpees! If you don’t like running, that’s fine! We won’t run!
As a trainer, it’s my duty to help you fall in love with the process as much as the results and progress you make.

Your Route to Success
The journey to making progress with your health and fitness goals is a simple step by step approach:
1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a simple discussion to build an understanding of your exercise history, goals, and lifestyle. You’ll be able to highlight areas you’d like to work on in and out of the gym as well as asking any questions you might have before we start.
2. Trial Session
After the consultation, we take you into the gym to guide you through a short workout. This gives you an idea of the types of exercise you’ll be doing as well as giving us further insights into what you enjoy and what you don’t.
3. Programme Design
After finding out your goals, fitness levels and what you enjoy, we will design a workout plan using our personal training app. We aim to create workouts which are fun and effective to help you make consistent progress from week to week and month to month.
4. Personal Training
The next step is to start the personal training sessions! We’ll guide you through each workout, motivating you in a way which suits you. Our workouts will be fun, engaging and sympathetic to your current fitness levels so you’ll never feel out of your depth!
5. Stretching
An often overlooked aspect of training is stretching. Including stretching into your workout programme will help you stay mobile, increase your flexibility and help you avoid injuries and niggles.
Plus, stretching acts as a bit of downtime after a workout to help you relax!
6. Nutrition Guidance
One of the most important aspects of living a longer, healthier life is your diet. It goes without saying that eating ‘bad food’ isn’t good for your health, but I’ll teach you what you can eat to fuel your body for workouts and fuel your brain for mental health!
