How is this different from an app like Fitbod or Jefit?
Those apps run on generic logic — the same template applied to thousands of people. This is bespoke programming, reviewed and adjusted every single week. The difference shows up after week three, when the template apps stall and yours keeps progressing.
Do I need a gym?
Either a commercial gym or a well-equipped home setup works. The intake asks exactly what you have access to, and the programme is built around that — not around assumed kit.
What if I get injured or sick?
Tell me on the Sunday check-in. Next week adjusts. No extra cost. If it's something serious, I'll call you.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly, no contracts, no minimum term.
Do I get nutrition advice?
No. This is a training service. If you need nutrition support too, I can recommend a coach.
How quickly do I get my first programme?
Within 24 hours of signup, usually sooner. You pick your preferred delivery time during the intake. I deliver one hour before it, so you have a moment to read it before training.
