Where is the gym in Hove?
The gym is on New Church Road in the heart of Hove, easy walking distance from Hove station, the seafront and central Brighton and Hove.
I’m a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Most new clients haven’t trained before, or haven’t for years. Sessions are private, paced to you, and there’s zero judgement.
What’s included in the monthly fee?
Your 1:1 personal training sessions, a personalised workout programme delivered through an app, nutrition guidance and support between sessions.
Do I have to do burpees and running?
Only if you want to. If you hate burpees, we won’t do burpees. If running’s not your thing, we won’t run.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients feel stronger and more energised within the first 3 to 4 weeks. Visible body changes typically follow at 8 to 12 weeks depending on starting point and consistency.
