Where is the gym in Hove?

The gym is on New Church Road in the heart of Hove, easy walking distance from Hove station, the seafront and most of central Brighton & Hove. Full address details are sent before your first session.

I’m a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Absolutely. Most new clients haven’t trained before, or haven’t for years. Sessions are private, paced to you, and there’s zero judgement. We’ll start with the basics and build from there.

What’s included in the monthly fee?

Your 1:1 personal training sessions, a personalised workout programme delivered through an app, nutrition guidance and support between sessions, all in one transparent monthly price.

Do I have to do burpees and running?

Only if you want to. If you hate burpees, we won’t do burpees. If running’s not your thing, we won’t run. Sessions are built around exercises that work and you can stick with.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients feel stronger and more energised within the first 3 to 4 weeks. Visible body changes typically follow at 8 to 12 weeks, depending on starting point and consistency. We track meaningful markers, not just the scales.

Do you offer single sessions or pay as you go?

Hove Personal Training works on monthly coaching packages, Silver, Gold and Platinum, because consistency is what actually creates change. The first consultation and trial session are free, so you can talk through the right level of support before making a decision.

Can I train between our sessions?

Yes, and you should. Your app gives you a personalised programme to follow on solo days, so you’re never guessing what to do next.
